Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website deepiks.io and of the mobile applications published by Deepiks (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

In these Terms, “Deepiks”, “we” and “us” refer to DEEPIKS.
2. What we provide
Deepiks designs, builds and publishes mobile applications with agentic features: an assistant inside the app that understands requests made by voice or text, plans the steps and carries them out within the app, asking for your confirmation before important actions.
Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you download an application from a store, you also accept that store’s own terms. Those terms govern the download, billing and refunds of purchases made through the store. These Terms govern your relationship with Deepiks.
Each application may come with additional terms, shown before you use it. If they conflict with these Terms, the application’s own terms apply to that application.
The website deepiks.io presents our work. You can browse it without an account.
3. Account
Some features need an account. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and to tell us without delay if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. Below that age, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of the Services.
You can close your account at any time from the application’s settings or by writing to contact@deepiks.io.
4. The assistant and its limits
The assistant relies on artificial intelligence models. You acknowledge that:
- its answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and you should check anything that matters before relying on it;
- it is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial or other), and it must not be relied on in emergencies. In an emergency, call 112;
- it acts only within the permissions you grant the application (for example access to your calendar, contacts, microphone or notifications), and you can withdraw those permissions at any time in your device settings;
- it asks for your confirmation before actions that matter, and you remain responsible for the actions you confirm.
Content generated by the assistant is marked as such where the law requires it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in breach of the law or of other people’s rights, including their privacy and intellectual property;
- use the Services to harass, deceive or harm anyone, or to produce illegal content;
- try to access the Services, our systems or other users’ data without authorization, or disrupt how they work;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the applications, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use automated means to extract data from the Services or to overload them.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, after notifying you where possible, or immediately in case of serious breach or legal obligation.
6. Prices, subscriptions and payment
The website is free. An application may be free, or offer paid features, one-off purchases or subscriptions. Prices, including taxes, are shown before you confirm a purchase.
- Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds for these purchases follow the store’s rules.
- Purchases made directly with Deepiks are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel them before the renewal date from your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
We may change our prices. A change never applies to a period already paid for, and we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to a subscription, so that you can cancel beforehand.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from a purchase made directly with Deepiks to withdraw from it, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@deepiks.io. We then refund you within 14 days, using the same means of payment.
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to digital content or services supplied immediately when you have expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this agreement before the purchase.
For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, the store’s withdrawal and refund rules apply.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services set out in articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code. If an application does not work as described, contact us and we will bring it into conformity, or, failing that, reduce the price or refund you, as provided by law.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, their software, design, texts, images, trademarks and logos belong to Deepiks or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applications on your own devices, for your personal use and in line with these Terms. Any other use requires our written permission.
You keep all rights to the content you provide (your requests, messages and files). You grant us the right to process that content only as needed to run the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not guarantee that they will run without interruption or error. We may interrupt them for maintenance, update them, or change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we refund the unused part.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under French and EU law, or our liability for death or personal injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Within those limits, Deepiks is not liable for indirect damage, for damage caused by your misuse of the Services or by actions you confirmed, or for the services of third parties (app stores, payment providers, your device’s operating system or the other apps the assistant uses on your behalf).
12. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example to reflect a new application, a new feature or a change in the law. We tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply, by email or in the application. If you do not accept them, you can close your account before they apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, write to us first at contact@deepiks.io: we will try to find a solution with you. If you are a consumer and we cannot settle the dispute, you can refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator, as provided by articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code. The contact details of our mediator are available on request.
Failing an amicable settlement, disputes are brought before the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, you can also go to the courts of your place of residence.
These Terms are available in several languages. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
